The Bissett Big Gap Filler Expanding Polyurethane Foam (325 g) is engineered for filling and sealing large gaps, cracks, and voids up to 3 inches wide. Designed for aggressive expansion and strong adhesion, this foam is ideal for applications where standard low-expansion foams are not sufficient.
Its high-expansion polyurethane formula expands to fully fill deep cavities while creating an effective air and moisture seal. Suitable for wood, concrete, brick, and masonry, this foam improves insulation performance and helps reduce drafts, air leakage, and energy loss.
Built for year-round use, Bissett Big Gap Filler performs in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +35°C. It features a fast drying time, becoming tack-free in approximately 10 minutes, and can be trimmed, sanded, or painted after 45 minutes, allowing work to continue without delay.
